Welcome to my corner of the internet! My name is Darrin. I live in the small town of Hemphill, TX and work full time as a CNA at a nursing home. I love my job and most of the people I work with, however the position does not pay enough to get by. So, I am taking a chance with this website for a supplemental income. I keep many plants at home, a garden in the summer, and selling fig trees locally to my community. I have about 20 house plants ranging from philodendrons to coffee plants. I have much to learn about keeping plants, and hope that with this website I can learn to take better care of them, while possibly one day propagating them to sell on this website. All that being said I have kept plants on and off since I was in high school and graduated in 2006. It all started with some school peers severing a dracaena plant with a make-shift spear they were throwing around. I took the loose end home in hopes of rescuing it. I placed it in water and in about a week I noticed the severed dracaena head was growing roots. I immediately potted it and watched the severed plant become a tree. From there I took a fascination with trees and started collecting tree seeds to grow.
